Life without Windows or OS X

GNU/Linux is quite possibly the most important free software achievement since the original Space War, or, more recently, Emacs. It has developed into an operating system for business, education, and personal productivity. GNU/Linux is no longer only for UNIX wizards who sit for hours in front of a glowing console. Are you thinking about switching to Linux and want to learn how to use it? Have you been using GNU/Linux for some time and want to learn even more? This is the place for you.

Rival RFX-Guerrero-V Bag Gloves

Update...

For those who don't know Guerrero bag gloves are a traditional “Mexican-Style” pro boxing glove which Rivel has adapted for bag use. A trait of Mexican gloves is that the way they’re shaped helps you throw punches correctly. Rivels Guerrero competition gloves have been used in many world championship fights like  Ruiz vs Joshua 2 and has been endorsed by some of boxing’s best like Vasyl Lomachenko.

I guess the key issue is still, Rival is not readily found in stores where I live. Everything tends to be Everlast or Title. For me Rival on par with the quality of Reyes, and perhaps even a little better. There has been a recent $30 price hike. I'm not sure why that is. The the fight version also has a similar price hike. Nearly $300 USD can be very expensive for a glove only intended for bag or pad work is a bit much. However they are very high quality. These bag gloves are not a gimmick. They actually feel the difference in comfort and support from their unique glove designs.

Conclusion.

The Wrist-Lock 2 straps are far better than any other velcros I have ever used. They are almost as good as being laced up. With Wrist-Lock 2 you get a solid, rigid lock on your wrists extending up to your lower palm and down the wrist.

These gloves are holding up under pressure. I know people talk a lot of times about gloves that fall apart in a couple of months, but these have not. I will note that I mostly only use them on a water filled bag because that's the only type of heavy bag I have in my home. Because of social distancing rules I never really had a chance to use them extensively on a traditional heavy bag. I used the on a sand filled traditional heavy bag only once. Wrap up well if that is what you intend on using them for. So I would imagine that the wear and tear on these Rivels would probably be a lot more using them on a traditional heavy bag, but since I am using mostly a water bag, that could be a reason why they're holding up so well.

Note: Rival RFX-Guerrero-V Bag Gloves can never be used for sparring or hitting another person. The layered foam padding is way too hard. They are for bag, punch mitt, or air use only.
